Trish Douma is an ACC Certified Leadership Coach and experienced Regional Director with a background in human resources. They have a demonstrated history in Labour Relations, Collective Bargaining, Coaching, Organizational Development, Conflict Resolution, and Recruiting. Trish served as a Grain Marketing Representative at Cargill from 2000 to 2002 and later as an Ontario Representative and Regional Director at CLAC from 2004 to 2008. Currently, Trish is the founder of Trish Douma Coaching, where they offer life and leadership coaching to help individuals achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. Trish also holds multiple degrees in Political Science from Calvin University and King's University College, along with ongoing studies in Executive Leadership and an Executive MBA from McGill University.
