Brita Midness

Brita Midness, PhD, is a purpose-driven leader and corporate philanthropy practitioner with over ten years of experience fostering relationships between donors and nonprofits. They have held various roles, including Volunteer Manager at the Minnesota International NGO Network, Grants Manager, and Development Manager at the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy, where they optimized grant management systems and strengthened stakeholder engagement. Currently, Brita serves as Grants & Operations Director at the CLA Foundation, managing significant annual grantmaking and championing community engagement. They hold a PhD in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews and are a candidate for an MBA at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
