Caroline Hébert

Caroline Hébert is currently a Client Relationship and Strategic Pursuits Leader at CLA, where they partner with clients to deliver integrated wealth advisory, audit, tax, and consulting services. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focused on Human Resource Management and a collateral in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Caroline has developed a strong foundation in business strategy. Prior to CLA, they held significant roles at NOW CFO, where they served as both Market President and Interim Regional Market President, generating substantial revenue growth and establishing key client relationships. Caroline also gained experience in various sales and recruitment positions, demonstrating a consistent ability to exceed performance targets and build meaningful connections throughout their career. Outside of work, they enjoy snowboarding, often finding the best conversations happen beyond the boardroom.
