Dan Baker

Dan Baker is a principal at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since January 2017, specializing in audits for nonprofits, including Single Audits under the Uniform Guidance, as well as real estate, construction, professional services corporations, and employee benefit plans. With over 33 years of experience in business consulting and financial reporting for small to medium-sized businesses across various industries, Dan has also served as a committee member for the Sierra College accounting advisory committee since 2008. Prior to their current role, Dan held the position of partner at GALLINA LLP (now CLA) from July 2001 to December 2016 and at Glentzer & Dunnigan from July 1985 to July 2001. Dan holds a BS in Business Administration-Accounting from Humboldt State University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Sierra College.
