Dan Bastian, CPA, is a Principal at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since July 2016, specializing in assurance and consulting services for sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, agribusiness, cooperatives, and high technology. With extensive experience in complex audit and accounting issues, inventory management, cost accounting, business combinations, financial planning, derivatives, and strategic planning, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients. Prior to CLA, Dan served as a Manager, Senior Associate, and Senior Accountant at Caliber Audit & Attest, LLP, providing comprehensive accounting and auditing services, particularly in agriculture, construction, high technology, manufacturing, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plan audits. Dan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento in 2012.
