Dan Ludwig

Dan Ludwig, CPA, CGMA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Over the years, Dan has held significant positions, including Head of Internal Audit at Rexnord and Woodhead Industries, where responsibilities included audit and SOX compliance functions. As Director of Audit & Risk Management at A.O. Smith, Dan led internal audit and risk management initiatives for a global manufacturer. Currently, Dan serves as Director of Outsourcing Innovation & Solutions at CLA, in addition to being an Engagement Director within CLA’s CAAS division, focusing on integrated outsourced solutions for clients. Previous experience includes managing outsourced audit teams and financial compliance services at Jefferson Wells USA and CLA. Dan holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
