Dan Patnode

Dan Patnode, CPA, currently serves as the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) CFO at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Contract Interim Controller at Veritae Group, LLC, and Corporate Controller at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 2017 to 2018, Dan was VP, Corporate Controller at Entellus Medical, Inc., where responsibilities included managing purchase accounting and the integration of Spirox. Dan also held the position of Vice President Finance at Transport America, contributing to its successful sale and IPO filing efforts. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Stratasys, Inc., Paddock Laboratories, MGI Pharma, UnitedHealthcare, and ADC Telecommunications. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business (Accounting) from the University of St. Thomas.
