David Dube

David Dube is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in transforming and managing information technology services across various organizations. As the Director of IT Service Transformation and Experience at CliftonLarsonAllen since April 2016, David established IT roadmaps and governance structures, drove business process improvements, and consolidated data centers, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, as the Chief Information Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Advantage, David designed and built the enterprise IT function for the joint venture health plan and directed the implementation of critical IT systems while managing key operational issues. David also held leadership roles at Tufts Health Plan, Fresenius Medical Care, and Foundation Systems Group LLC, consistently focusing on application management, infrastructure, and network security. David holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BS in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
