David Nowacki

David Nowacki is an experienced professional in IT audit and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Director and Northeast Regional Leader for Financial Institutions at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since January 2021. In this role, David oversees the development and delivery of IT Audit, Consulting, and Cybersecurity Services for clients across the Northeast, focusing on navigating complex technology and compliance challenges. Prior to CLA, David held a Director position at BlumShapiro, specializing in Management Consulting and Cybersecurity Risk Management Advisory Services. David's prior experience includes leadership roles at the Oregon State Lottery, where responsibilities encompassed retail contract administration and internal auditing, as well as positions in cybersecurity and enterprise risk services at organizations such as the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System and Deloitte & Touche. David holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Montana.
