Eric Mason

Eric Mason is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since August 2025, where responsibilities include performing CFO functions and enhancing client value through best practices. Concurrently, Eric is an Adjunct Instructor at WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics, teaching Principles of Microeconomics. Previously, Eric held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the City of Quincy from June 2015 to August 2025, directing significant public borrowing and sophisticated financial forecasting. Additional roles include serving as Chief Analyst, Economist, and Economic Advisor, as well as a Board Member for the Quincy Retirement Board, and an Executive Advisor for The University of Tulsa’s Center for Energy Studies. Eric's background also includes experience as Director of Market Research at DataBloc and as a Contributor at Capitalism.com, focusing on economics and finance. Eric holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics.
