Greg Boderman, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Business Operations at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since April 2022. Previously, Greg held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Placemaker Hospitality from May 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that role, Greg spent over thirteen years at Welltower™ Inc. (NYSE: WELL) as Vice President of Asset Management, where responsibilities included leading a multi-regional team to enhance the performance of a significant portfolio of medical office buildings valued over $2.25 billion. Greg's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Investments at United Properties, where oversight of strategic and operational elements of a shopping center portfolio was a key focus. Greg holds an MBA in Finance from Metro State University and a BA in Finance from Hamline University.
