Ian Sylvan

Ian Sylvan is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking/M&A Advisory Group at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC) and brings over 30 years of experience in merger and acquisition advisory and investment banking. Ian has a strong history of originating and executing M&A transactions for privately-held, mid-market companies, private equity firms, and large corporate acquirers. Previously, Ian held roles at Fifth Third Securities, MB Financial Bank, BMO Capital Markets, and American National Bank of Chicago, where they developed a reputation for delivering exceptional results and fostering trust in client relationships. Ian earned an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from Arizona State University.
