Melissa Joos, MPA, is a Financial Services Industry Innovator who enables organizations to innovate and make data-driven decisions by aligning people. They have extensive experience in various roles, including their current position as Senior MarTech Analyst at CLA, and previously served as Specialist & Innovation Lab Manager at CohnReznick LLP. Their background includes significant contributions to the US Federal Government as Deputy Clerk, where they managed operations in the Closed Records Department. Melissa has also been actively involved with Green Guerillas as a Board Member and Development Committee Chair, supporting food justice and urban agriculture initiatives.
