Michael Britten

Michael Britten is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in private equity and portfolio companies. Currently serving as Principal and Private Equity & Portfolio Companies Tax Leader at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since March 2019, Michael has held key roles such as Director at Grant Thornton LLP and RSM McGladrey, and Tax Director at Bracknell Corp. Michael's career began as Tax Manager at WorldCom, following experience as Project Business Manager at Kiewit. Educationally, Michael holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MS in Taxation from Widener University, and a BS in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
