Mitzi Osterhout

Mitzi Osterhout is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in operational and fiscal governance. As the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at American Traffic Safety Services Association, Mitzi directed fiscal administration projects, shaped corporate culture, and advocated for growth in highway safety infrastructure. They co-founded Sound Celebration, where they taught children stage presence and arranged performances. Currently, Mitzi serves as the CAAS Engagement Director at CLA while pursuing an Executive Juris Doctorate in Law at Concord Law School. Mitzi also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is studying Business Administration and Management at Boise State University.
