Since November 2006, Bowes has served at CliftonLarsonAllen, progressing from Manager of Compensation & Performance Management to Managing Director of People Solutions. In these roles, Bowes collaborates with leadership to define essential talent capabilities, develop people initiatives aligned with business objectives, and manage compensation strategies to ensure competitive pay programs. Prior to this, Bowes was a Psychology Instructor at Northern Illinois University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resources & Labor Relations from Lubar College of Business, as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
