Renee Dufour

Renee Dufour is a dynamic leader in public and private administration, currently serving as the Director of Field Team and People Solutions. With a rich history in managing and developing municipal departments, they held various roles including District Manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Director of Parks, Recreation & Beaches for the City of New Bedford. Renee's expertise spans policy development, program management, and community engagement, contributing to notable accomplishments in enhancing organizational structures and securing funding. Additionally, they are a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and operate as an organizer and coach, assisting individuals with personal challenges. Currently, Renee is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education-Recreation at Bridgewater State University.
