Richard Gonzalez

Richard Gonzalez, CPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing local government entities, including counties, cities, state agencies, and special districts. Currently serving as a Principal at CliftonLarsonAllen since January 2017, Richard has demonstrated expertise in conducting single audits under OMB's Uniform Guidance and has successfully trained client staff in preparing Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR). Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Senior Manager at Gallina LLP from August 1998 to December 2016, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Humboldt State University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
