Richard Hegner

Richard Hegner is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since January 2020, previous roles include Associate Auditor and Intern at the same organization. Richard's leadership skills were evident as Head Swim Coach for the Galt Gators Swim Team, overseeing over 300 swimmers and a team of coaches and volunteers from August 2015 to January 2022. Additional experience includes roles as an EDI Coordinator at YDesign Group, an Academic Mentor at ESM Prep, and an Associate at World Financial Group, where financial planning was emphasized. Educationally, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from California Lutheran University, completed in 2015.
