Rob Ahearn

Rob Ahearn is the Engagement Director at CliftonLarsonAllen, where they lead client transformation and integration initiatives to support corporate strategies. With over 20 years of experience, Rob has a strong background in managing operational and client-facing roles, successfully driving multiple programs to completion within established timeframes and budgets. Previously, they served as a Director at TIAA from 1993 to 2015 and worked as an Independent Management Consultant from 2016 to 2018, focusing on optimizing business results. Rob is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Montclair State University.
