Steve Holbrook is an executive leader in operations and digital transformation, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Soaring with Him Ministries, where they drive operational excellence and support strategic growth initiatives for a global nonprofit. Previously, they held the position of Director, Client Success Program and Business Development Executive at ISG, achieving multimillion-dollar annual revenue growth and a notable client retention rate. Steve is recognized for pioneering innovative customer success programs and optimizing operations to enhance profitability and service excellence. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and studying Industrial Business Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
