Trina Procknow

Trina Procknow, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Talent Solutions Director at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since July 2021, leading the payroll processing service team and ensuring exceptional client service. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Arrowhead Systems from September 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed aligning business objectives with employees and management, focusing on recruitment and employee retention. Trina also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Wald Wire & Mfg. Co. from August 2009 to September 2019, overseeing the entire human resources department and managing various employee-related processes. Early career experience includes working as Payroll & Benefits Manager for Oshkosh Area School District from August 2001 to August 2009, managing payroll processes and employee benefits for district personnel. Trina earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
