For 14 years, ClahrisNoveum has been assisting organisations in their digital transformation though 3 poles of expertise :

-	Cornerstone HR SaaS Offer
As we are exclusive partners of the editor, all our consultants are certified on the Cornerstone Talent suite and on the technical modules.
Implementation of Cornerstone ; Audit and recommendations ; TMA of the projects carried out ; Personalized technical projects.

-	Change Management
Deploying a new information system is a crucial step for a company, and its success relies on the collaborators’ adherence. Therefore, we define a communication and a training plan, then assist our clients in its establishment.

Communication and training strategies ; conception of the pedagogical material (e-learnings, serious games…) ; Organisation and animation of the training sessions (our training center is referenced in the "Datadock" database) ; Creation of the communication and support material (triptychs, FAQ, online help, forums, conferences…)
We can also provide courses on content creation tools (Adobe Captivate, SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline).

-	Digital Learning
We accompany our clients during every stage of their training digitalization project.

Definition of the digital content deployment strategy and identification of the HR priorities ; Implementation and strategy adjustment ; Audit and digitalization of training contents ; Configuration of the dissemination tool to support the deployment strategy ; Marketing.

We hold dear 5 main values :
Trust, Longing, Symbiosis, Audacity, Engagement.
