Cliff has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding various leadership positions at MetLife, Prudential Financial, and Unum. At MetLife, Cliff was responsible for leading the claims organization for individual disability, life insurance, life waiver, long term care, and long term disability. At Prudential Financial, Cliff served as Vice President for 4 years 3 months. And at Unum, Cliff was Vice President for 17 years 4 months. In their current role at Claimify, Cliff is responsible for leading the strategy and scale of the company's Operations and customer service teams.
