Daniela Sponseller has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist at Santa Rosa Orthopaedics (SRO) and a Field Supervisor at Kindred at Home. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Medicare Speciality Claims Examiner at Meritage Medical Network and is currently a Senior Healthcare Claims Analyst at ClaimInformatics. In their current role, they support compliance and related activities of analytical directives, identifies and investigates fraudulent and/or abusive billing and coding practices, and assists in the full analytic review of claims targeted for scheduled health plan evaluation. In their previous roles, they reviewed and entered claims data into systems, interpreted coding and understood medical terminology in relation to diagnosis and procedures, and reviewed, analyzed, and resolved claims through the utilization of available resources for moderately complex claims.

Daniela Sponseller earned their Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from DeVry University in 2021. Daniela then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
