Mandy Ager

Mandy Ager has a diverse work experience in project management and analysis. Mandy currently works as the Executive Project Director at ClaimReturn, llc. since April 2023. Before that, they served as the Ambulatory Informatics Project Manager at Oregon Health & Science University from May 2021 to April 2023. Mandy also worked at Mayo Clinic, first as a Senior Project Manager from October 2015 to May 2021, leading medium to large projects independently with strategic importance. Mandy then held the role of IT Project Manager from February 2012 to July 2013, and Analyst II from August 2010 to October 2012. Earlier in their career, Mandy served as the Portfolio Manager from January 2014 to September 2015 and Senior IT Project Manager from July 2013 to January 2014 at St. Charles Health System. Mandy also worked as the IS Project Manager at AmeriPride Services from August 2008 to August 2010. Mandy began their career as an Analyst at Fairview Health Services from November 2006 to May 2010.

Mandy Ager obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they completed another Master's degree in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2010.
