Jennifer Carroll has over 15 years of experience in the insurance and appraisal industries. Currently serving as a Service Dispatcher at ClaimSolution® since April 2019, Jennifer collaborates with appraisers on the East Coast. Previous roles include Dispatcher at ACES Appraisal Group, Inc. from September 2015 to April 2019 and Dispatcher at Allstate from June 2005 to July 2015. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as an Insurance Sales Representative, with a successful sales history across various companies, including GEICO, Allstate, Auto Owners, Progressive, and Foremost. Early career experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Recorded Books from October 1999 to July 2002, where Jennifer managed account representation and in-house sales support. Jennifer holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the College of Southern Maryland, as well as education from Calvert High School and Christiansburg High School.
