Bryan St. Clair, MBA, PMP has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and retail industries. Currently, they are the Vice President of Global IT Merchandising and Logistics Systems at Claire's, where they are responsible for implementing solutions for merchandising and logistics operations. Prior to that, they worked at Big Lots as the Vice President of Application Development and Director of Application Development, managing technology spend and leading transformations to agile methodology. Before that, they were the Application Manager at Big Lots, overseeing the rollout of a new warehouse management system. Bryan also has experience at Limited Brands as the Sr. Application Manager, where they managed support and project activities for retail store distribution and shipping operations. Bryan began their career as a Senior Consultant at Complete Business Solutions, Inc., where they led the design and implementation of enhancements to warehouse management systems. Bryan started their career at Columbia Gas as a Senior Programmer/Analyst, supporting procurement and workforce management systems.

Bryan St.Clair holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, obtained from 1992 to 1994. Bryan also earned a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from Kent State University between 1987 and 1989, along with an AAB in Computer Technology from the same university from 1985 to 1987. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
