Fernando Cadena

Fernando Cadena has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Fernando is currently the Support Services and Operations Director at Claire's since 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at CVM from 2014 to 2017, where they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's operations. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant Partner at Customer First Consulting, LLC from 2010 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Director of Production Services at Newedge Group, Director of Operations at Network Data Systems, Regional Operations Manager at Getronics, Account Manager at Bowne Business Solutions, and Customer Support Center Manager at Kemper Insurance.

Fernando Cadena attended Western Illinois University, where they pursued a degree in Technology. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including ITIL Foundation Certified from NYSAT in 2005, Six Sigma Green Belt from GE in 1999, and various certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, and Nagarro in the field of network management, technology, and project management.
