Les Viner

Les Viner is a seasoned Strategy and Leadership Advisor with a robust background in accounting and law. After serving 22 years as the Managing Partner at Torys LLP, Les retired in 2023 and now engages in project-based consulting work centered on strategy and leadership. With prior experience as an associate at Macleod Dixon LLP and Allen & Overy, Les has also contributed to the C.D. Howe Institute as a Senior Fellow since 2025 and serves as a Board Member at Clairvest Group Inc. Les holds multiple degrees, including a J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
