Johan Ehrenborg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Johan started their career at ABN AMRO as a Financial Sales Manager and later became a Senior Risk Analyst. Johan then joined GE Capital as a Marketing Manager and later as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for M&A activities and developing the aircraft and equipment finance unit. Johan then moved to ABB as a Business Development Manager, focusing on product development and asset securitization.

Johan later joined Atlas Copco Customer Finance, where they served as a Business Development Manager and played a crucial role in establishing the customer finance business in various markets. Johan then moved up to become an OECD Business Line Manager, Regional Business Manager for North America, and Global Risk & Credit Manager at Atlas Copco Financial Solutions. In these roles, they were responsible for managing customer finance business, setting strategy, and leading teams.

Johan's most recent role is at Claiton, where they currently serve as the Group CEO, leading the company. Prior to this, they were the International Development Lead at the same company.

Throughout their career, Johan has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in risk management, credit analysis, and business development.

Johan Ehrenborg completed their high school education at Nacka Gymnasium from 1982 to 1985, where they studied technology. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at Stockholm University from 1986 to 1990, majoring in Business Administration and Management.
