Alexandre Gomes

Alexandre Gomes is a Senior Director at Multipessoal and founder of Clan by Multipessoal. They have over 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, specializing in the global management of temporary work and outsourcing services. They previously led roles at Randstad (2001–2005), EULEN - Flexiplan (2005), Multipessoal (2006–2009), and Manpower Portugal (2009–2011). They earned a Licenciatura in Comunicação Empresarial from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias (1998–2002), completed the Gestão Estratégica e Criação de Valor program at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2019, the Management Insights Program, Executive Masters at Católica Lisbon in 2016, and completed Managing with IA at Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2025.
