Will Lachapelle

Will LaChapelle currently serves as the Director of Medical Bill Review at CNA Insurance since February 2021. Additionally, Will is a member of the CLARA Advisory Panel, contributing expertise to enhance claims operations with AI at CLARA Analytics since November 2019. Previously, Will held various roles at QBE North America from October 2016 to February 2021, including AVP of Technical Ops & Workers' Compensation Procurement and AVP of Claims Vendor Management. Will’s extensive experience in the insurance industry began at Zurich North America, where Will worked from May 2000 to October 2016, holding positions such as AVP of Claims Procurement and Senior Vendor Management Specialist. Will LaChapelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Leadership from DePaul University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Harper College.
