Andreas Waldmann has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and digital commerce sectors. Andreas started their career at AHK Mexiko | CAMEXA Cámara Mexicano-Alemana de Comercio e Industria, where they worked in market entries and investment. Andreas then moved on to positions at Daimler AG, Lufthansa, and Lufthansa Consulting, focusing on corporate strategy, marketing, and sales. Andreas later joined VivaColombia as an MBA Summer Intern before transitioning to Volaris, where they held multiple roles including Director of Digital Commerce and Director of Marketing & Digital Commerce. Andreas then joined Citibanamex as the Chief Marketing Officer before taking on the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Clara, a corporate credit card and payment solution provider for Latin America. Currently, Andreas serves as the Chief Product Officer at Clara.

Andreas Waldmann has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained an MBA from INSEAD, specializing in International Business. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, they studied at FH Münster, earning a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in the European Business Programme. Additionally, Andreas has obtained certifications in various areas, such as Retention + Engagement and Advanced Growth Strategy from Reforge, Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and Growth Hacking with Digital Marketing from Eazl.
