Ivan Quevedo

Ivan Quevedo is the Vice President of Product at Clara. Ivan has over five years of experience in product management and has worked with companies such as Credijusto.com, DiDi, and PayClip Inc.

Ivan started their career as an IT Product Manager at Proximateapps. Ivan then transitioned to PayClip Inc. as their Senior Product Manager for Core Systems and Special Projects. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development of new products and features, as well as managing existing ones.

In 2016, Ivan joined DiDi as their Payments Sr. Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for localizing the DiDi app for the Mexican market, conducting regulatory product reviews, and designing new payment methods, gateways, and partnerships. Ivan also created the strategy for DiDi's wallets and paid services, and optimized transaction fees from payment gateways. Ivan was also the creator of the first DiDi card for drivers.

Most recently, Ivan was the Head of Credit Cards and Payments at Credijusto.com. In this role, they drove the team creation from 0 to 1, defined the core module for the card management system, processing system, and certifications, and created a product team for the backend services and mobile app. Ivan also created a partnership with Visa and set up the Bin's for their program.

Ivan Quevedo has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México. Ivan also has a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from George Brown College. In addition, they have a Certified project manager from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Ivan also has a Certification from Reforge in Reforge Growth Series. Finally, they have a Certification from IBM in IBM Cloud Software Top Gun.
