Emily Mann has been working in customer service for over 10 years. Emily started as a Business Development Manager for the Institute of Customer Service, where they recruited members from various public and private sector organisations. In 2011, they became the Customer Service Manager for SCC, Europe's largest independent IT group. In their current role as Customer Service Director at Claranet, Emily is responsible for driving out costs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
