Parag Patel

Parag Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Parag began their career as a Windows System Administrator Intern at IBM, where they provided support for Windows-based servers in multiple laboratories on campus. After that, they worked as a Technical Student Assistant/AD Support at Cal Poly ITS Computing Support Services, where they provided campus-wide support to faculty and students.

Parag then joined Accenture as a Systems Integration Analyst, focusing on enterprise application integration within the communications and high-tech industries. Parag led various projects, including data management functional design and implementation for a large SFDC Service Cloud implementation and business analysis for sales processes and integration in a mergers and acquisition project.

Following their time at Accenture, Parag worked at Slalom Consulting as a Consultant. Parag contributed to driving enterprise performance, accelerating innovation, enhancing the customer experience, and increasing employee productivity for clients.

Parag's next role was at eGain Corporation, where they worked in product management. Parag assisted in transforming fragmented sales engagement and customer service operations into unified Customer Engagement Hubs for large companies.

Currently, Parag is employed at Clari, where they have held multiple positions. Parag started as a Customer Success Manager and eventually progressed to Director of Solutions Consulting, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Director of Product Management. At Clari, Parag contributed to improving efficiency, predictability, and growth across the entire revenue process, providing total visibility into businesses and driving process rigor.
