Andre Pollard

Andre Pollard has extensive experience in various managerial and operational roles, primarily at Clariant, where tenure began in November 1996 and includes positions such as Site Manager, Operations Manager, Process Excellence Manager for North America, and BlackBelt for the North American region. Additional responsibilities have encompassed leadership in regulatory affairs, quality, and environmental, safety, health, and regulatory (ESHA) initiatives. Prior to Clariant, Andre Pollard worked as a Senior ESHA Engineer at Hoechst Corp and held multiple managerial roles at Westinghouse Electric Company, where significant cost reductions were achieved in warehousing operations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and additional business studies at Queens College School of Business.
