Prior to this, Anouk held several positions in corporate strategy and commercial excellence, contributing to market research, pricing models, and cross-functional support. Anouk's previous experience includes digital project management at MSD Switzerland, where involvement included collaborating with healthcare professionals and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Anouk also has a versatile background in administration and marketing from earlier roles at several organizations, including the Swiss Embassy in Beijing and various customer service positions. Anouk holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Basel and a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Economics, and Chinese from the University of Hamburg.
