Chen Li has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2007, Chen Li worked as an Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at ECCO until 2009. From 2010 to 2011, Chen Li worked as a Consultant at Robert Walters. In 2011, Chen Li joined DSM and took on various roles, including Project Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead in the APAC region. In 2017, Chen Li moved to Clariant and became the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC until June 2021. Simultaneously, Chen Li also served as the Head of Talent Management and Organization Development, Asia at Clariant starting in December 2020. In this latter role, Chen Li was responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, talent management, learning academy, and organizational development in the Asia Pacific region. This included strategic workforce planning, leadership strengthening, talent pipelining, talent assessment, and organization diagnosis.
Chen LI completed a BSc in Environmental Science at Hogeschool Brabant, the Netherlands, from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently, Chen LI pursued an MSc in Geophysics at Utrecht University, the Netherlands, from 2005 to 2007.
