Christen Bates is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the additives and coatings industry. Since 2015, Christen has held various leadership roles at Clariant, currently serving as the Head of Sales Additives Americas and previously managing Key Account Management for Coatings. Christen's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Account Manager and Technical Sales Representative in the BU Adsorbents & Additives and BU Masterbatch divisions. Prior to joining Clariant, Christen worked as National Sales Manager at JPJ Technologies Inc. from 2011 to 2014 and as an Account Executive at Optima Color from 2007 to 2011. Christen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and an education in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
