Kyle Yonce

Kyle Yonce has a strong work experience in the supply chain and manufacturing field. Kyle is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain for the Care Chemicals business unit at Clariant. In this role, they are responsible for driving supply chain transformation and achieving business targets. Prior to this position, they served as the Regional Head of Supply Chain for Industrial & Consumer Specialties at Clariant, overseeing strategic business plans and P&L. Before joining Clariant, Kyle worked as a Plant Manager at a chemical production company, where they led operations, implemented lean initiatives, and collaborated with sales teams. Kyle also has experience as a Process Optimization Engineer at BP, a Process Engineer at FMC Lithium, and a Production Engineer at FXI. Kyle's expertise includes process improvement, project management, and EHS compliance. Kyle began their career as an Environmental Engineer at BMW Manufacturing.

Kyle Yonce holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with honors from Wake Forest University School of Business. Kyle also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Leadership Training for Managers from Dale Carnegie Training, as well as being a Licensed Professional Engineer & Land Surveyor in the State of South Carolina.
