Priya Thaman

Priya Thaman has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, they are the Global Head of Talent and Culture at Clariant, where they oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, talent management, and change adoption. Priya is responsible for designing a cultural transformation roadmap based on the organization's global engagement survey results.

Prior to their current role, they worked at Perfetti Van Melle in various leadership positions, including Global HRBP for Supply Chain and Commercial, Director of Global Talent Management and HRBP for Group Commercial and Operations, Director of Global Talent Management and HR Director for Europe, and Director of Human Resources for India and Regional Talent Director. In these roles, they focused on implementing talent practices, developing leadership frameworks, setting up HR policies, and driving global cloud-based implementations.
