Stefan Kuba

Stefan Kuba is an experienced Patent Attorney currently serving as Inhouse Patent Counsel for Clariant since July 2012. Prior to this role, Stefan worked at Sud-Chemie from September 2007 to June 2012. Work experience also includes a training period as a Patent Attorney at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court from October 2006 to July 2007, and a Patent Attorney Trainee position at Schwabe Sandmair Marx Patent Attorneys from February 2004 to May 2007. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Intellectual Property Law from FernUniversität in Hagen, attainment of the German Patent Attorney and European Trademark Attorney qualifications, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Additional postdoctoral experience includes a position at UC Davis under a Feodor Lynen scholarship.
