Adam Saun is currently serving as the Assistant Head Sommelier at Claridge's, one of London’s most prestigious hotels. With a strong foundation in biochemistry from two master's degrees, Adam decided to follow a passion for wine and has since dedicated time to curating wine lists, hosting tastings, and leading wine training sessions. Adam is a candidate for the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and holds various certifications in spirits, sake, cider, and cheese. Recently, Adam was shortlisted as an emerging talent by Sommelier Edit and the IWSC, showcasing a commitment to wine education and an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others.
