Kevin Larvin

Kevin Larvin currently serves as the Assistant Director of Learning and Development at Claridge's, a position held since March 2023. In addition, Kevin has been the Owner of Fronisi since October 2018, specializing in WSET Wine and Spirits Training, Mental Health First Aid, Executive Coaching, DISC psychometric profiling, Leadership Development, Content Creation, and Instructional Design. Prior experience includes serving as the Group Learning and Development Manager at The Doyle Collection from April 2015 to March 2023 and as a Learning and Development Specialist at IHG Hotels & Resorts from December 2008 to April 2015.
