James Pheby

James Pheby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James started their career at A-Plan Insurance as a Sales Consultant from 2007 to 2010. James then joined Aon as a New Business Client Manager from 2011 to 2012. James then worked at NFU Mutual as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, responsible for developing new and existing business within the Commercial Insurance market, from 2012 to 2014. James later joined Stackhouse Poland as a Sales and Business Development Manager, specializing in high-value home, commercial property, and commercial insurance, from 2014 to 2016. Currently, James is working at Clarify as a Programme Manager, accountable for customer management, team management and development, overall quality of service and delivery of programme results, since 2016. James has recently taken on the additional role of Sales Director at Clarify where they are responsible for strategic relationships within leading global software and service providers.
