Thomas Behiry

Thomas Behiry has a diverse work experience that spans across different roles and companies. Thomas started their career at Explore Group in 2015 as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2016, they joined Clarify as a Business Development Executive and later transitioned to a Business Development Manager role in 2017. From 2018 to 2022, Thomas worked as a Programme Manager at Clarify, where they managed operational delivery, account management, and coached teams. In 2022, they became a Client Manager, responsible for leading strategy and stakeholder relationships. Currently, Thomas is a Client Director at Clarify, leading a client unit and driving profitable revenue through customer retention and growth.

Thomas Behiry attended the University of Portsmouth from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics.
