Kathy Chen

Kathy Chen is a seasoned business executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in Asia. Currently, as General Manager at Clarins Group, Kathy manages the Taiwan Branch's business with full P&L responsibility and leads change management initiatives. Previously, Kathy held significant roles at L'Oréal, including Brand General Manager for Asia and General Manager of L'Oreal Paris in China, where they oversaw major brand development and performance across multiple categories. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from National Chengchi University.
