Starting in 2006, they worked for KOHLER France as an Assistant HR Generalist, where they handled recruitment, operational training, and improved internal communication tools.
In 2007, they joined Le Club des Créateurs de Beauté as a Chargée de Développement RH, focusing on recruiting and campus management, as well as managing professional training and implementing a SIRH tool.
In 2008, Morgane joined Clarins as a Chargée de Formation, eventually becoming the Responsable Formation. Morgane managed the entire training cycle for multiple companies within the group and optimized the budget.
From 2010 to 2013, they held roles as a Responsable du Développement RH and Responsable Ressources Humaines at Clarins. Morgane handled various HR responsibilities, such as recruitment, training, and mobility.
In 2013, they became the International HR Development Manager at Clarins, where they strategized and implemented corporate HR tools and projects globally, strengthening the international HR network.
In 2014, Morgane was promoted to Global Compensation & Benefits Sr Manager at Clarins, responsible for developing compensation solutions and implementing the new Group Remuneration policy.
From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Global Compensation & Benefits Director at Clarins, aligning C&B policies with the company's business strategy and providing guidance on total compensation issues.
In 2019, they became the Strategic HR Projects Director at Clarins, overseeing strategic HR initiatives until December 2020.
Currently, Morgane works as the Global Talent Development & Learning Director at Clarins, leading talent development and learning programs globally.
Morgane Peter (Bocahut) obtained a MBA in Business Administration from ISEG in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they completed a Master II in Ressources Humaines from ISGP during 2005-2006. Their education journey began with a Maitrise degree in Droit from Université catholique de Lille between 2001 and 2004.
